04/08/2008 - 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
Session Category: Employee Benefits - Funding and Schedule B Issues

Elaborate transition rules, temporary and permanent phase-ins, good old quarterly contributions, benefit restrictions, a bifurcated credit balance, a widened range between required and deductible contributions … PPA is very complex. The panel addresses specific considerations for both underfunded and overfunded plans. (Repeated at Session 502.)

2. Ellen L. Kleinstuber - The Savitz Organization
