Actuaries Educating Consumers

One of the primary goals of the Consumer Education Committee of The Actuarial Foundation is to provide general information to help consumers make informed marketplace decisions with regard to insurance, retirement plans, etc.

The Foundation does this with the help and dedication of actuaries who volunteer their time to write background papers on various consumer “hot topics.” Foundation partners take this unbiased information and turn it into consumer friendly booklets that can help individuals make more informed financial decisions.

To check out what we have to offer go to: http://www.actuarialfoundation.org/consumer/ce-booklet-flier.pdf.

Perhaps you know a family member or friend who could use the materials. If so, just send an email listing which book(s) you would like to receive and your contact information to: programs@actfnd.org and we will get them in the mail to you.
