Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative (DE&I)

The Conference of Consulting Actuaries’ vision is Advancing the Practice. Fulfilling that vision involves – among many other things – improving our understanding of the needs and limitations of our stakeholders, including society broadly, so we can better serve them.

The Conference of Consulting Actuaries denounces and condemns all forms of racism and discrimination. Just as we strive and work to be better today than we were yesterday, we will continue to stand against all forms of racism, discrimination and injustice tomorrow as we do today. These are principles to which we as an organization are dedicated.

The Conference of Consulting Actuaries is committed to working, through our words and actions, to eliminate racism and discrimination in all forms, in all situations, and at all times within the actuarial profession. We ask our members to work with us to set the right examples and build a future in which racism and discrimination have no place.
